  • Specification Requirements and Guidelines for print art submission:

    Please provide the information below to the individual designing your ad.
    • Submit as a PDF file
    • No crop or bleed marks
    • The file must be CMYK format
    • QR codes must be 2cm x 2cm or larger
    • No text smaller than 8pt font should be used
    • No small white text on a solid color background to avoid ink infill
    • Art (including all images therein) must be 300 DPI or more
    • Registration marks on logos should be 8pt font or more to avoid ink infill
    • No "rich black" should be used in art

      *If art is not provided in CMYK format, it will be force converted, which may alter colors in the art.

      *If the art is not submitted in the correct dimensions, it may not be used in the final show program.
