Hello Goddess! I am thrilled that we have found each other and are on this amazing journey together. Before getting into all this fun legal stuff I wanted to share some of my personal words and thoughts with you!

There is not one bone in my body that would ever want to harm or hurt you. My soul's goal is to keep you safe and empower you to rise up at your pace and comfortability. If you feel that this is not being accomplished, please privately approach me and let’s discuss how to make this a learning, growing experience for both of us.

1.) I waive, release and forever discharge Her Sacred Gift LLC and its employees, representatives, and agents from any and all responsibilities or liability from personal injury, damage to property or loss of any kind resulting from participation in any programs, sessions and all activities.

2.) I take full responsibility and commit to remain responsible for my own well-being including physical, mental, spiritual. I understand that the path of self-development is a personal one and hereby releases Her Sacred Gift LLC, Megan Miele, and everyone on her team from liability for their well-being including physical injuries.

3.) I also understand that while some of the risks and hazards involved in using the equipment of Her Sacred Gift, LLC are foreseeable, others are not. I understand that fitness activities involve a risk of injury and even death, and I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment with knowledge of the dangers involved. I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury or death.

4.) I understand that the owners/employees/instructors of Her Sacred Gift LLC are not medical personnel, may not make any medical judgments, give medical advice, and/or provide medical care or therapy.

5.) I further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Release against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs.

6.) I understand that all of the instructional techniques, as well as the class structure contained within these classes have been created expressly for ‘Her Sacred Gift LLC’ by its owner/creator, and fall under copyright/trademark laws as intellectual property, and may not be resold or bartered for material gain or material profit of any kind without written permission and fair compensation to ‘Her Sacred Gift LLC.’

7.) I understand and agree that this work is highly sacred-in-nature and provides a safe space, and honors the code of confidentiality, compassion, and respect for the other participants in this group. Client will not discuss the process of other participants outside of the Her Sacred Gift LLC community to anyone. I will also keep confidential in all forms of communication (including and not limited to verbal, written, pictures, videos) respecting the sacred nature of the feminine body movement, virtual and in-person sessions, and retreats.

8.) I consent and agree that Her Sacred Gift LLC, its employees, or agents have the right to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of me with advance notice, whereby I have the right to decline in advance of any photography occurring that may be used in any and all media, now or hereafter known, and exclusively for the purpose of promoting Her Sacred Gift LLC’s services. NOTE: Her Sacred Gift LLC will get permission before photographing or recording on any media.

I have read, understand, and have had the opportunity to ask questions regarding this legal document and I hereby unconditionally release Her Sacred Gift LLC, its officers, agents, representatives, employees, and instructors from any and all liability resulting from any injuries which may result from classes, instruction, parties, events and/or equipment.

In addition, I understand and acknowledge that:
•Her Sacred Gift LLC does not have the rights to the music. Music may contain explicit lyrics.
•Payment is required in advance for all Virtual Sessions, In-Person Sessions, Workshops, Retreats, Parties.
• Payments for all of the above are non-refundable and non-transferable.
