Chrome & Creators: Vehicle Registration Form
Mile Bluff Medical Center Foundation will host "Chrome & Creators: Car & Vendor Show" on Saturday, August 16, 2025 on the Mile Bluff Medical Center grounds (1050 Division Street, Mauston WI). This is a fundraising event, and all proceeds from registration fees will go to benefit the health of the community.

Registration is from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, with awards being announced at 3:00 pm.

Other notes
- Early registration is $15 per vehicle if registered before July 31. Registration changes to $20 per vehicle starting August 1 through to the event.
- The entire grounds are smoke/vape free. If you do need to smoke you will need to leave the hospital grounds.
- We will have 12 classes, with first and second place trophies
- Please remember that this a community event that takes place on hospital grounds. Please be respectful of our healing space.
