MILESTONE MILES EVENT WAIVER

By signing and/or clicking accept, I agree to participate, or allow my child to participate, in Milestone Miles (the "Event") sponsored by and made possible by The Stone Foundation and many other sponsors. I am aware that activities during the Event are hazardous and that my child or I could be injured. I am voluntarily participating, or allowing my child to participate, in the Event, with knowledge of the danger involved and I, on behalf of myself or my child, agree to assume any risks of bodily injury or property damage, whether those risks are known or unknown, arising from or related to the Event.
I understand and agree that The Stone foundation, Milestone Miles board of directors/committee members, and any sponsor of the Event shall not be liable or responsible for any injuries sustained or damage to any equipment or property.
I, on my or my child's behalf, grant The Stone Foundation, Milestone Miles board/committee members and sponsors the right and permission to use, publish and reproduce, or cause to be used, published and reproduced, pictures, text in which I or my child may be included, including but not limited to, audio, video, newspapers or otherwise.
This consent and release is given without limitation upon, or liability for, any use for advertising, illustration, publication in form of media, for promotion by The Stone Foundation, Milestone Miles board/committee members, and sponsors; and without restriction as to frequency or duration. I, on my or my child's behalf, agree that photos, pictures, video or text shall be and remain property of The Stone Foundation I waive, on my and my child's behalf, any right to inspect or approve the finished product(s), advertising copy, or other media that may be used in connection therewith. I, on behalf of myself, my child, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives, waive any actions, claims, demands, or rights to any royalties, fees, other monies arising from or related to any photos, pictures, videos, publications, advertisements, promotions, text, or other usage of my or my child's image or likeness from the Event.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE STONE FOUNDATION. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT (ELECTRONICALLY OR OTHERWISE), I ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT OF MY OWN FREE WILL AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
