Welcome to the MindJect Reporting Channel
The Reporting Channel allows MIndJect collaborators and third parties (clients, partners, suppliers, shareholders, and representatives of civil society) to report any violations related to the Company's internal regulatory Code, or which violate ethical principles and standards of conduct and/or current legislation.
All reports made on this channel will be received by MindJect's Director.
Reporting a complaint should be as easy as possible, but knowing that this is not always possible, we have implemented a process that includes strict confidentiality, equal treatment, and protection against retaliation, always respecting the law. The Reporting Channel is confidential and maintained by a company independent of MIndJect.

Please fill in the form as completely and in as much detail as possible. The more detailed your complaint, the greater the chances of proving the alleged facts. Sending proof, evidence or indications of wrongdoing also facilitates the investigation of the complaint.

If you choose to identify yourself, it will facilitate the investigation process, as we will be able to contact you to clarify any doubts about the events reported. In addition, your collaboration will be valuable in gathering evidence to support the appropriate measures. Identification is crucial to ensure an efficient and straightforward investigation process.We would like to remind you that the Reporting Non-Retaliation rule in our Code of Conduct provides protection for people who have reported irregularities in good faith, whether or not they identify themselves.If you choose to remain anonymous, rest assured that your identity will not be discovered.
