Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Summer Mandarin Camp at Evergreen Mingyuan School. Please complete the form below to register your child. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Program Overview
• Language Focus: Traditional Mandarin
• Age Group: Children 4 years and older
• Class Days & Time: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Tuition: $400 per week per student
• Payment: Payment is due before the first day of each enrolled session.
• Enrollment: Maximum 36 students
• Location: 10005 32nd Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98125

- Week 1: June 29 – July 3, 2026
- Week 2: July 6 – July 10, 2026
- Week 3: July 13 – July 17, 2026
- Week 4: July 20 – July 24, 2026
- Week 5: July 27 – July 31, 2026
- Week 6: August 3 – August 7, 2026
- Week 7: August 10 – August 14, 2026
- Week 8: August 17 – August 21, 2026
- Week 9: August 24 – August 28, 2026
• Early Drop-Off: Parents may drop students off as early as 8:30 AM. Supervision is provided, but formal class instruction begins at 9:00 AM.

• Late Pick-Up Policy: Regular pick-up time is by 3:30 PM. If a child is picked up after 3:30 PM, a late fee of $3 per minute will be charged.

• Extended Care (Optional): $100 per week for 3:30–5:30 PM. If a child is picked up after 5:30 PM, a late fee of $3 per minute will be charged.

• Home-packed lunch (students bring their own lunch each day).

Cancellation Policy: Refunds for cancellations will be issued as credits and may be applied to other sessions within the program.
