Thank you for your interest in the Saturday Afternoon Children's Classes (1:30 PM to 4:00 PM) for the Spring 2026 semester at Evergreen Mingyuan School. Please complete the form below to register your student. We have updated our registration policy: We now offer the option to register for the whole year, and we highly encourage everyone to register for the whole year. If you are registering multiple students, please fill out one form for each child using the same email address. We offer a $10 sibling discount for the 2nd+ child of the same family. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Please note the following important dates:
- Oct 1 to Oct 31: Priority registration period for returning students.
- Nov 1: Remaining spaces will be made available to waitlist families.
- Dec 15: Registration deadline for the Spring 2026 semester.

Cancellation Policy:
- No refund for cancellations made from September onwards.
