    Please request a time for your appointment below. All bookings are reviewed before being confirmed, so once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If I need any additional information or if we need to adjust the timing, I’ll reach out to you directly. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—I’ll do my best to find an alternative that suits you.

    Please note: People who are either currently enrolled or have previously completed the full 5-week HypnoBirthing® Mongan Method course (with me or with another certified educator) will have access to official HypnoBirthing curriculum, techniques, and scripts. For all others, I draw on contemplative energy work, chakra empowerment tools, meditation, and somatic awareness tools to meet you where you are.

    Session lengths

    All sessions will begin and end on time and include both consultation, guided work and time for integration. 

    Location & access

    Sessions are offered virtually (Zoom or Google Meet); occasional in-person options by request.
    You’ll receive your link after booking in the calendar invitation.

    Cancellation & late arrivals

    Free cancellation up to 24 hours. Please note, in the event that you are late to your scheduled appointment, the duration of your appointment will remain the same as the original scheduled time. Late showings over 10 mins will have to be rescheduled. The fee for missed or cancelled appointments without due notice or cause may result in a fee of $50 to cover preparation time.

    HOW TO PAY:

    All appointments are to be paid by e-transfer prior to the session completion. Packages/series must be paid for in advance and used within 6 months of purchase (non-transferable).
