    This form only takes a couple of minutes to complete. At the end, you’ll be prompted to pay the $50 annual fee to prepare for lessons in 2026. This fee covers all the essential learning materials your child will need and also secures their lesson spot with us.


    This form is only for families who have never enrolled with Monster Music before.

  • UPDATE as of 25/1/2026 - After school lessons with Monster Music are currently at capacity with a pretty mega waiting list. Unfortunately it's pretty unlikely that we will be able to get your child into a lesson with us anytime soon :( 

    You can continue the form and be added to the waiting list if you wish, however we just wanted to give you a heads up!

    At the end of this form, you be prompted to pay the "annual fee". If we haven't managed to get your child into lessons with us within 3 months, please sing out as we are more than happy to refund this back to you! 

    In saying that, we will do everything we possibly can to get your child into lessons with us.

  • Terms and Conditions Summary

    Here’s a casual overview of our terms and conditions. You’ll officially sign them once your child’s lessons begin, but we like to keep things clear and upfront at every step of the Monster Music journey!
    • Payment Method | All Monster Music lesson fees are paid via credit card on a monthly auto-pay system
    • Lesson Commitment | Monster Music accepts withdrawals at three dates each year (these dates will be sent out to you!). To withdraw, we require 4 weeks notice.
    • Student Absences | Monster Music does not offer one-on-one catch up lessons for student absences. Monster Music offers Monster Make Up workshops in a situation where a student needs to miss a lesson (these are super fun!).
    • Students are expected to make their own way to lessons | Our tutors will do everything they can to get a student that has forgotten their lesson time, but we do put this responsibility on the kids.

  • Please note, if we can't get your child into lessons with us at the beginning of 2026, we are more than happy to refund this to you!

    The $50 annual fee helps cover everything your child needs for the year - including all essential curriculum books (or digital versions), wristbands, lesson time lanyard, handouts, prizes, and treats - so there are no surprise or one-off extra costs later on.

    This fee also secures your child’s place for lessons in 2026. If we’re unable to get your child into lessons once our 2026 program begins - or within three months of you filling out this form - we’re more than happy to refund it. For example, if your child ends up on a waiting list and you don't want to wait, you can simply request a refund.

    Please note that this fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with lessons after enrolment.

    If the timing of this fee causes any issues, please email us - we don’t want cost to ever be a barrier for kids starting music lessons!
