This form only takes a couple of minutes to complete. At the end, you’ll be prompted to pay the $50 annual fee to prepare for lessons in 2026. This fee covers all the essential learning materials your child will need and also secures their lesson spot with us.

This form is only for families who have never enrolled with Monster Music before.

Awesome! It would be very cool to have you onboard for after school lessons with Monster Music. Just a heads up that the majority of our lessons are held in schools, during school hours. We do have some after school lesson slots, but these are often at capacity. This often results in a reasonably long waiting list :(

At the end of this form, you be prompted to pay the "annual fee". If we haven't managed to get your child into lessons with us within 3 months, please sing out as we are more than happy to refund this back to you!

In saying that, we will do everything we possibly can to get your child into lessons with us.

Terms and Conditions Summary

Here’s a casual overview of our terms and conditions. You’ll officially sign them once your child’s lessons begin, but we like to keep things clear and upfront at every step of the Monster Music journey!
- Payment Method | All Monster Music lesson fees are paid via credit card on a monthly auto-pay system
- Lesson Commitment | Monster Music accepts withdrawals at three dates each year (these dates will be sent out to you!). To withdraw, we require 4 weeks notice.
- Student Absences | Monster Music does not offer one-on-one catch up lessons for student absences. Monster Music offers Monster Make Up workshops in a situation where a student needs to miss a lesson (these are super fun!).
- Students are expected to make their own way to lessons | Our tutors will do everything they can to get a student that has forgotten their lesson time, but we do put this responsibility on the kids.

Annual Resource Fee
After you click Submit, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to pay the $50 Annual Curriculum & Resources Fee. This will finalise your enrolment!

This fee covers everything your child needs for the year (books or digital resources, wristbands, lanyard, handouts, prizes, and treats) so there are no surprise extras later on. It also secures your child’s place for 2026.

If we’re unable to place your child into lessons when our 2026 program begins (or within 3 months of enrolment), the fee will be fully refunded. If you’re on a waiting list and decide not to wait, you can also request a refund.

If the timing of the fee is tricky, please flick us an email – we never want cost to be a barrier to kids starting music lessons.
