    SUBMISSION FORM AND AGREEMENT
  • The Morini Gallery at Mass Arts Center is seeking submissions for its upcoming Annual Holiday Season, "Small Works" Juried Exhibition. Artists may submit works in all mediums 2D, excluding photography. Works should not exceed 20 inches vertically or horizontally including the frame, if framed. This is Morini Gallery's biggest event of the year, and a wonderful opportunity for artists to share and sell smaller pieces that make for unique holiday gifts.

Because this event draws such a large audience, running alongside two full theater productions with multiple performances each, as well as children’s recitals, artwork tends to sell quickly. As a supportive hub for local creatives, we want to ensure our artists’ work is seen and purchased as often as possible. To support this goal, we’ve introduced an expanded jury selection process called “Juried Next Tier” (JNT).

JNT "Juried Next Tier": This is how it works: After the initial jury selection of 35 pieces is completed by the juror, we ask our juror to then choose 10 more. We call this "Juried Next Tier" JNT.  When art begins quickly selling off the walls, we will begin reaching out to our JNT artists one by one, and if their juried piece is still available, the artist can drop it off, and we will hang it in the gallery for the remainder of the exhibition, or until it is sold. Participation is optional.

    Show dates: December 10, 2025 thru February 8, 2026

    Submission Deadline:  November 7, 2025

Notification emails:  Notifications of accepted artists' work will be sent via email by November 14, 2025.  JNT artists may be notified later and systematically as initial pieces begin to sell. JNT selected artists are not required to participate. This is simply a value added opportunity.

Artwork Drop-off: December 4, 10:30am-3:30pm and December 5, 10:30am-3:30pm at 888 S. Main Street Mansfield, MA. Gallery entrance is in rear of building (Artwork must be hand-delivered no shipping.)

    Artwork Pick-up: February 12, 10:30am-3:30pm, and February 13, 10:30am-3:30pm.

Due to scheduling challenges, there will be no Artists Reception for this Exhibition.
