    On March 1, 2021, I started this wellness journey with two things gripping me:

    skepticism… and a desire not to waste a dime.

     
    I didn’t trust “diet plans.” In my mind, they were all the same—expensive, unhealthy, muscle-draining gimmicks that left you hungry and right back where you started. But what I discovered with this program flipped every belief I had inside-out.
