Operations Coordinator
Helps oversee the day-to-day planning and execution of TCIC Weekend by keeping departments organized, tracking timelines and ensuring event operations stay on schedule.
Logistics Coordinator
Coordinates event logistics, manages equipment, deliveries, venue needs and operational details to ensure everything is in place before and during the event.
Programming Coordinator
Supports the development and execution of workshops, panel discussions and educational experiences while coordinating speakers, schedules and session logistics.
Marketing & Communications Manager
Leads marketing initiatives, content planning and communications to increase awareness, engagement and attendance before, during and after TCIC Weekend.
Fashion Production
Model Coordinator
Recruits, communicates with and manages runway models while coordinating fittings, schedules and model logistics throughout production.
Designer Coordinator
Serves as the primary liaison for participating designers, assisting with collection logistics, production timelines and runway readiness.
Backstage Coordinator
Oversees backstage operations during rehearsals and show day, ensuring models, designers, beauty teams and production stay on schedule.
Beauty Production
Hair Lead
Leads the hairstyling team by coordinating stylists, overseeing hair looks and ensuring every model is runway-ready on schedule.
Makeup Lead
Manages the makeup team, coordinates beauty looks with designers and ensures every model's makeup is completed accurately and on time.
Beauty Logistics Assistant
Supports backstage beauty operations by managing supplies, coordinating station setup, assisting with scheduling and helping the Hair and Makeup Leads throughout the event.
Beauty Planning Team Assistant
Provides planning and administrative support to the Beauty Team by coordinating schedules, maintaining timelines, assisting with communication and supporting day-of operations.
Community & Guest Experience
Community Engagement & Outreach Coordinator
Builds relationships with community organizations, nonprofits, schools and local businesses to increase awareness, participation and community involvement in TCIC Weekend.
VIP & Hospitality Coordinator
Creates an elevated experience for VIP guests, sponsors, speakers, media and special guests by overseeing hospitality, guest services and VIP logistics.
Talent & Entertainment
Talent & Entertainment Coordinator
Coordinates performers, DJs, hosts and other entertainment while managing communications, schedules, rehearsals and hospitality throughout the event.
