At Motorcycling Australia NT Incorporated (MNT), we are committed to providing you with high-quality services. This statement outlines our ongoing obligations to you in regards to your Personal Information.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) outlined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The APPs govern how we collect, use, disclose, store, secure, and dispose of your Personal Information. Our Privacy Policy contains information on how you can access and correct your Personal Information, how you can submit a complaint about a breach of your privacy, and how we will handle that complaint.

If your motorcycle club wishes to become affiliated with Motorcycling Australia NT, please fill out the application form provided.

The board of Motorcycling Australia NT will assess and approve each application. If your application is approved, you will receive an affiliation contract and an invoice. Payment of the invoice is necessary to complete the affiliation process.

Affiliate Declaration
As we apply for affiliation with Motorcycling NT, we understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Our club must have a minimum number of members required to register an incorporated association in NT.

2. We will follow and comply with all the policies regarding member protection, child protection, and disciplinary processes outlined in the MoM's and relevant policies of Motorcycling Australia and Motorcycling NT.

3. All club events will be conducted in accordance with the MoM's and any other policies that may apply to the event. If we need to deviate from the MoM's or add any regulations for an event, we must outline them in the Event Supplementary Regulations and obtain approval from Motorcycling NT before opening entries.

4. We will adhere to all the policies of Motorcycling Australia and Motorcycling NT.

5. We will work together with Motorcycling NT and Motorcycling Australia to enhance our club's operational processes and assist in their efforts to grow the sport.

6. We understand that our club is a separate entity belonging to its members. We also acknowledge that under the Motorcycling NT Constitution, all license holders, parents, guardians, and officials are individual members of Motorcycling Australia and Motorcycling NT. We agree to operate under the rules and insurances of Motorcycling Australia and Motorcycling NT. We will comply with any reasonable sports-related direction issued by the controlling bodies. If required, we will provide financial statements to the controlling body to ensure sufficient oversight over the welfare of the club and protect the interests of all members.

7. The Club Committee will take all necessary steps to ensure that the club's registration status as an Incorporated Association remains valid at all times.
