Hall of Fame Nominations
This award recognises an individual's extraordinary performance over a career by riders and special members who have achieved at the highest level with their discipline across the Territory, National and/or International levels.
Eligibility for Competitive Members
Must be an Australian Citizen or Resident or have held a competition licence issued by MA and MNT for a significant period of time;
Have commenced riding/competitive journey with a current or previously affiliated MNT Club;
Be a superior achiever at the highest level competition in their chosen discipline;
Have participated in a discipline which is one of national or international significance;
Potential inductees shall not be considered until after at least a two-year waiting period following retirement from their highest level of competition in a particular discipline; or the performance of a particularly outstanding achievement that warrants special recognition or where in the relevant discipline, age is not a barrier to continued competition.
Eligibility for Special Members
For consideration in this catergory, the potential inductee must have made a very significant contribution to motorcycling sport at the state, national or international level.
Potential inductees may also have been competitors or have been involved in other areas of motorcycle sport, but their achievements must satisfy the criterion detailed in competitive members above.
Irrespective of their area of involvement, potential inductees must have been committed to the development of the sport, have contributed to motorcycling sport at the highest level either nationally or internationally and risen to the highest level possible within their chosen field.
Long service is not sufficient on its own to quality a person a potential inductee.
