This award recognises an official who consistently displays both outstanding personal attributes, administerial skills and education within our motorcycling community. Officials include, Stewards, Clerk of Course, Race Secretary, Scrutineers and Coaches.

Eligibility
Taken into consideration will be all motorcylcing events that the individual participated in as an official during the eligibility period.
- Must be a current MA accreditation holder
- Must have officiated at a Motorcycling MNT permitted event during the eligibility period.
