We are excited to have your participation as a vendor for our upcoming, Leading Ladies "Elegance In White” Brunch to be held on Sat., August 9, 2025 from 11AM-2PM.

The vendor cost is $150.

Vendors are taken on a first-come basis

**Please note vendor tables are located on the outdoor terrace  adjacent to the ballroom in cool, shaded, and comfortable environment. 

We are committed to providing appropriate accommodations for all our vendors and attendees. If you plan to bring an assistant or team member, and desire a meal for them it is an additional $50.00 pp

Vendor Agreement / Waiver Acknowledgment

As a vendor for this event, I acknowledge and agree that Triumphant Life Church, Leading Ladies, any members of its congregation, Suneagles Golf Club, and event sponsors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to myself, my property, or any of my employees, officers, directors, agents, or guests.

As part of my vendor registration, I understand that I will receive:

One (1) table
One (1) chair
One (1) event meal 

Set-up Time: 9:00AM 

Set-up must be completed by 10:30AM EDT. Same Day Load-Out.
