All families who are enrolled in Musikgarten and More Boca, LLC are agreeing to these terms and conditions:

By my signature below, I understand the instructor and location assume no responsibility for injuries or illnesses which I may sustain as a result of my physical condition or resulting from participation in a class. I hereby release and discharge the instructor and the facility from any and all claims for injury, illness, death, loss or damage, which may result from my participation in activities at this location.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY RELEASE:
I give my consent for images (photographs, video) of myself to be taken and used to document the activities of Musikgarten and More Boca, LLC. I grant Musikgarten and More Boca, LLC permission to use the images for educational and promotional purposes. By participating with Musikgarten and More Boca, LLC’s activities, services, or events, you agree to maintain respectful communication and refrain from posting defamatory, false, or misleading content about Musikgarten and More Boca, LLC, its owners, employees, or affiliated programs on social media or any other public platform.

If you have concerns or feedback, you are encouraged to address them directly with management to resolve any issues promptly and constructively.

Violation of this agreement may result in appropriate legal action, including but not limited to seeking damages for reputational harm caused by false or disparaging statements.
