NOTE* Space is outside space only with no electrical. Vendor is responsible for their own space setup (tent, table, chairs, generator, etc). If Vendor would be gracious enough to donate another $20.00+ item or gift basket to be raffled off during the awards dinner Saturday night after the ride event, we will promote them during the dinner event. Space is limited (only guaranteeing space for 20). Space will only be secured with a registration application. Placement and participation of vendors is at the sole discretion of My Warrior’s Place.
Upon receiving an application for vendor space, vendor will be notified by email of confirmation of their acceptance and participation approval or denial of their application. If your application is accepted your vendor space is guaranteed.
