  • Fort Bluff Camp Agreement

  • We, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following listed to attend Fort Bluff. We understand that this agreement is in the interest of protecting against any cancellations that affect the caliber of the Fort Bluff Camp Events. We further understand that Fort Bluff is not to held liable for any accidents or damages incurred on the way to Fort Bluff, while at Fort Bluff, or while leaving Fort Bluff. A Fort Bluff Health Form will be supplied for all who will be at Fort Bluff for the duration of Summer Camp Events. 

    We understand that the deposit of $25 per person is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits must be a minimum of $200. The deposit is due upon registration to reserve your group hold numbers for your church group and will be applied to your balance. Remaining balance is due one week before arrival at Fort Bluff. All registrants will pay the per person lodging fees of choice. 

    Teen Camp - $255 Dorm | $295 Lodge per Camper/Counselor

    Junior Camp - $225 Dorm | $265 Lodge per Camper/Counselor

    We understand that the rooms on campus are not furnished and will bring bed linens, towels, and toiletries. We understand that it is our respondsibility to leave our room clean and free of damage. We will report any damage to the office, immediately. 

    We agree to abide by the rules and guidelines set forth in the Planning Packet.

    We are responsible for the actions of our youth group.  If there are any repeated infractions we realize it could jeopardize our returning to Fort Bluff Camp in the future.

     

    Cancellation Policy - 4 weeks prior 100% refund, 3 weeks prior 75% refund, 2 weeks prior 50% refund, 1 week prior 25% refund; excluding group registration deposit.

    Fort Bluff reserves the right to cancel any and all events, camps, retreats, and/or tournaments due to circumstances beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to: natural disasters or other unusual weather events often termed Acts of God, travel restrictions instituted by public officials, widespread pandemic occurrences, or any event that may significantly impact Fort Bluff’s ability to properly conduct an event, camp, retreat, and/or tournament.

    If Fort Bluff cancels an event, camp, retreat and/or tournament Fort Bluff will work with registered participants to arrange refunds and/or future credits. If any of the above-mentioned occurrences causes a registered participant to drop-out, not attend, or cancel their participation the refund schedule outlined above will be used to determine possible refunds.                           


    Any cancellation by a registered participant for any reason less than seven-calendar days prior to on-site registration for an event, camp, retreat and/or tournament will be submitted to our registration appeals committee for review. The decision of the registration appeals committee regarding refunds will be final.

    The housing options below are available. If multiple registrations are received simultaneously, your registration time and date stamp is used to place groups in campus housing. Keep in mind that the lodge rooms have 2 queen beds (with bed linens) and 14 total beds on bunks (without bed linens).

    Deposit of $25 per campers/counselors must be received by Fort Bluff to reserve your group registration.
