Nominations will be accepted through January 23, 2025.

What deals qualify for submission? Deals/transactions completed in 2024 are eligible for the 11th Annual Best of the Bay Awards.

Diversity Champion Award
Please submit your nominations for a company or individual in commercial real estate that has “moved the needle” with an innovative policy or program designed to support diversity and inclusion within their organization internally or within commercial real estate industry as a whole. Preference given to nominees that can demonstrate a measurable positive impact. The recipient of this award will be selected by the NAIOP SFBA Board of Directors and invited to share briefly about their policy/program at the Awards dinner.
