  • Terms & Conditions

    Before submitting your application, please review the 2026 Enabling Technology Engagement Network (ETEN) Vendor Terms and Conditions, as outlined in the prospectus. Key points include:

    • Event Participation: Tier 1 vendors will receive booth space within the Enabling Technology Workroom at both the ADvancing States HCBS Conference and the NASDDDS Directors Forum & Annual Conference. Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Booth Operations: Exhibitors must maintain their displays for the full duration of each event and adhere to all setup and dismantling schedules provided by event management.
    • Conference Logistics: All exhibit logistics, including booth materials and shipments, must follow the official instructions and timelines provided by event organizers prior to each conference.
    • Payment Terms: Full payment is required to confirm participation. Failure to remit payment in full may result in forfeiture of booth space or conference participation.
    • Professional Conduct: Vendors agree to represent their organizations and products in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of the Enabling Technology Engagement Network.
       

    Please note that the Enabling Technology Workroom will be held as a one-day event at both the ADvancing States HCBS Conference and the NASDDDS Directors Forum & Annual Conference.
