Before submitting your application, please review the 2026 HCBS Conference Sponsor & Exhibitor Terms and Conditions, as outlined in the prospectus. Key points include:
- Sponsors may not dismantle exhibits before the official close.
- Promotion outside of contracted booth space is prohibited.
- All outstanding payments must be received by August 1, 2026, to retain your sponsorship.
- Ancillary event guidelines must be followed.
- All booth materials shipments must be arranged through Shepard Services using the official Exhibitor Kit, which will be provided in June 2026.
