Nevada Solar For All (NSFA)
Contractor Request For Qualifications (RFQ)
The Nevada Clean Energy Fund (NCEF) is a nonprofit that provides financial and technical resources to boost clean energy in Nevada, reduce energy costs, create jobs, and address climate change. NCEF collaborates with various stakeholders to expand access to renewable energy, energy efficiency, electric vehicles, and energy storage. With a $156 million Solar for All grant from the EPA, NCEF offers statewide assistance for Nevada households to benefit from solar energy.
NCEF has established this RFQ for solar contractors to ensure consumer protection and transparency. Contractors can submit to this RFQ on a rolling basis. RFQs from commercial solar contractors for multi-family and community solar projects will be prioritized first. NCEF will begin processing single-family solar contractors applications in early 2025.
If you are already part of NCEF's RE-UP contractor network, you still have to submit this NSFA-specific RFQ. If you are not currently part of NCEF's RE-UP contractor network, but are accepted as an NSFA contractor you will automatically qualify as a RE-UP contractor. Learn more about RE-UP here or email will@nevadacef.org for more information.
Please complete the following form. Read the categories carefully. Note that some file upload requests are marked [REQUIRED] or [PREFERRED]. Required documents are a must-have for an organization intending to work on projects related to NSFA. The RFQ can be submitted without all of the required documentation, but we will need to receive missing documents before we can approve a contractor to begin working on NSFA projects. Preferred documents are highly encouraged but can be waived if all other requirements are met by the contractor or company.
