2026 Music Educator Award Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in the North Carolina Symphony's Music Educator Awards. The following awards are presented annually to North Carolina K-12 music educators:

Maxine Swalin Award for Outstanding Educator ($1,000 Award)
Jackson Parkhurst Award for Special Achievement ($500 Award)
NC Symphony Musicians Award for less than 10 Years of Service ($500 Award)
