Church Registration – Nebraska NxtGen Camp
We are so honored your church is partnering with us to invest in the next generation. Camp is more than an event it’s a week where students encounter Jesus, build life-giving friendships, and discover who God is calling them to become.

To help create an incredible experience for every student, please review the following:

Multiple Campuses
If your church has multiple campuses and would like them registered separately, please complete a separate registration form for each campus.

This helps us with housing, communication, and leadership structure.

Leader Requirement (Safety & Discipleship)
For safety and effective discipleship, we ask each church to provide:

1 leader for every 7 students.

We believe students grow best when they are known and discipled by leaders from their own church.

If you do not have enough leaders:

-Partner with other churches for assistance.
-Reach out to Pastor Javin for additional support if needed.

Our goal is simple: every student seen, known, and spiritually covered.

Main Contact
Each church must designate one Main Contact.

This person should be:

The individual managing all camp registrations (Pastor, Staff Member, or Designated Leader).
The primary recipient of all camp communication and updates.
The person responsible for relaying information, payments, and changes to your group.
Choosing the right person ensures clear communication and a smooth camp experience for everyone.

Pastoral Reference
Every leader attending camp must complete a Pastoral Reference.

You will be asked to provide:

Pastor’s Name
Pastor’s Email
Pastor’s Phone Number
This pastor will complete the reference for each leader from your church attending camp.
