NxtGen + U40 Leader Hangouts are designed to create space for ministers across Nebraska to connect, build relationships, have fun, talk ministry, and share vision for what God is doing across our state. Whether you serve in kids ministry, youth ministry, or are a minister under 40, we’d love for you to join us at the location closest to you.

Smash Park – La Vista Join us at Smash Park in La Vista for lunch, games, and time to connect with other leaders from eastern Nebraska. Smash Park is an indoor/outdoor entertainment venue featuring pickleball, duckpin bowling, axe throwing, arcade games, yard games, and more, along with a full restaurant. We’ll spend a couple of hours having fun, building relationships, talking shop, and sharing some vision for NxtGen and U40 ministry across Nebraska.
KEARNEY 11:30 AM–1:30 PM | 9.25
Drop Zone Central Nebraska leaders, meet us at Drop Zone in Kearney for lunch, games, and connection. Drop Zone is a new indoor/outdoor entertainment venue featuring multi-level golf bays, an 18-hole putting course, pickleball, arcade games, and a full food and beverage menu. You don’t have to be a golfer we’re simply creating a relaxed environment to have some fun, connect with other ministers, talk ministry, and share vision together.
SCOTTSBLUFF 9:30 AM | 9.26
Rise N Shine - Breakfast We’re kicking off the Scottsbluff hangout with breakfast! Come grab some food and spend the morning connecting with other NxtGen and U40 ministers from western Nebraska. This will be a laid-back morning focused on building relationships, encouraging one another, talking ministry, and sharing vision for how we can continue strengthening ministry and connection across Nebraska.
