    Conference registration pricing is now based on whether an individual is employer/organization-funded or self-pay for the registration fee only. (Excluding room and board, travel, and other expenses).

    Individuals whose employers will cover the full cost of the registration fee will be required to register at the standard rate

    Individuals who pay any portion of their registration fee out of pocket will qualify for the tiered self-pay rate.

    Registration is not required for these sessions. Anyone may decide to attend at any time.
  • Expressing interest in presenting does not guarantee your spot. Faculty moderators will determine the selection and order of presentations.

  • Room & Board is available for partial program attendees. However, please be advised that we only offer housing and dining packages for the full five-day program.

  • Room & board is available on the University of New England campus at ${housing}.00 per person.

    This price includes four nights in a private air-conditioned bedroom and meals in the dining hall (dinner on Sunday through Lunch on Thursday). Bedrooms are secure and private within four-bedrom appartment style units. Guests will share two restrooms, a common room, and a kitchen with three other guests.     Early arrival, on Saturday, is available for an additional ${earlyArrival}.00 per person.

    Conference attendees are also encouraged to bring their spouses and family members.

    Meal plans include four meals for each mealtime selected, beginning with dinner on Sunday and ending with lunch on Thursday.

  • Join us for the {yearOf} annual Lobster Bake celebration on Monday, {lobsterBakeDate}. The lobster bake is not included with registration; if you wish to attend, please add the number of tickets you would like below.

  • Each ticket includes your chosen entrée with buffet-style sides: steamed clams, red potatoes, corn on the cob, and blueberry cobbler for dessert. Beer, wine, and NA beverages will also be provided. You must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
