By submitting this application, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined below for the rental of the Flag Football Experience Bus equipped with video game facilities for children's entertainment:
Rental Agreement Requirement: Submission of this application does not guarantee the rental of the Flag Football Experience Bus. Rental is only confirmed upon the signing of a completed rental agreement by all parties involved. No other agreements, either written or oral, shall be considered binding on the applicant, the owner, or the owner's agents until the completed rental agreement is signed by all parties.
Additional Information: You acknowledge that additional information may be required to process your application fully. Our management team will contact you upon receipt of this online application to obtain any necessary information to complete the processing of your application.
Use of the Bus: The bus is to be used solely for the purpose of providing a flag football and video game entertainment experience for children. Any use of the bus for purposes other than those specified without prior written consent from the owner is strictly prohibited.
Damage and Liability: You agree to be fully responsible for any damages to the bus or its equipment that occur during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear. You also agree to hold harmless the owner and the management from any liabilities, injuries, damages, or costs that may arise from the use of the bus during the rental period.
Cancellation Policy: You acknowledge and agree to the specified cancellation policy. Any cancellation must be made in writing and received by the owner or management at least 30 days prior to the scheduled rental date for a partial or full refund of any deposits made. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled rental date may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations during the use of the Flag Football Experience Bus. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to traffic laws, regulations regarding the operation of video game equipment, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
Payment: Full payment is required before the rental period begins, according to the terms outlined in the rental agreement. Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in cancellation of the rental and forfeiture of any deposit made.

Options are available for either just the gaming bus or solely flag football, allowing you to customize your perfect party experience.
