  • State FFA Officer Request Form

    New Jersey State FFA Officers are trained and prepared to make an effective contribution to your chapter activities. Doing this successfully requires that complete and accurate information be exchanged prior to the visit. This information sheet has been prepared to answer and address many questions and concerns that arise in scheduling state officers for local events. Please review these items carefully, and address any questions to the State FFA Specialist.
    1. Scheduling of State FFA Officers is the responsibility of the State FFA Specialist and/or Advisor (not individual officers). Please do not make arrangments with the requested officer prior to submitting this form. Assignments will be made based on the officer's schedule and geographic location.
    2. Requests for a State FFA Officer to attend a chapter activity must be made by submitting this request form to the Office of Agricultural Education. This form is not to be used for a classroom visit (unless the request is for an additional visit, beyond the regularly scheduled visit). Classroom visits are scheduled through the Membership and Chapter Relations Committee.
    3. Requests for a State FFA Officer are needed in the Office of Agricultural Education at least one month prior to the date of the function.
    4. All requests must be accompanied by proper documentation for the event (ie. Program/agenda/formal invitation, etc.)
    5. Requests will not be honored if the above requirements are not met, if the form is not completely filled out or if it is not received in time to schedule the officer.
