We need one volunteer for the soccer season to oversee concessions inventory and purchasing. This volunteer will monitor inventory, shop for needed concession items, help determine appropriate pricing, and make sure items are priced to generate a profit.
The coordinator should choose items that are practical for the sport and location. Soccer concessions are outdoors, so items that may melt or be damaged by heat should not be purchased.
This is a season-long volunteer opportunity and will require occasional shopping and inventory checks throughout the season. All purchases should stay within the approved concessions budget and receipts must be submitted for reimbursement/recordkeeping.
