The 2024 Season of the New Paltz Open Air Market will run from Sunday, June 2nd through Sunday, October 27th.

The market is every Sunday, rain or shine, from 10am to 3pm. Setup for the market starts as early as 8:30am and Vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell at 10am.
Please note that there is a nonrefundable $10 application fee. If you are a vendor and have questions about applying, please read the 2024 Market Guidelines.

By submitting an application, Vendor agrees to the following as conditions of Vendor’s participation in the Market:

•Vendor has reviewed and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the New Paltz Open Air Market Guidelines, as they may be amended from time to time. Click here to review the 2024 Market Guidelines.

•Vendor shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless each of the Market Manager, Market Board, Village of New Paltz and and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and independent contractors, successors and assigns from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, costs, expenses and damages (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees), relating to, resulting from or arising out of the participation by Vendor in the Market, including, but not limited to, any claim of any nature by any of Vendor’s customers.

•Applications may be rejected by the Market Board in its sole discretion and for any reason.

•Applicants who are accepted as vendors will be notified by the Market Manager in accordance with the contact information set forth above.
