Since 1977, the Renal Healthcare Association has supported independent and community-based dialysis providers to build a stronger community. The Renal Healthcare Association fulfills its mission through education, advocacy, and services that support excellence in renal healthcare.
Every one of our members plays a crucial role in the success of our organization. By joining a Committee, you have the opportunity to:
- Take ownership of the Renal Healthcare Association's Strategic Plan and actively contribute to organizational objectives
- Stay engaged with the renal health community and seek out the expertise, advice, and insight of experts nationwide
- Create an atmosphere that promotes constructive and open-minded dialogue
- Qualify to run on the Board after one year of service as a Committee member (Primary Representatives of Active Member Companies only)
Statement on RHA Volunteering and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Diversity refers to a range of differences. This includes factors such as life experiences, gender; race; ethnicity; academic/ professional background; sexual orientation; age; disability status; or geographic location.
Equity refers to fairness and justice. It recognizes that not everyone starts at the same place and adjustments are needed to fix the imbalance.
Inclusion is inviting and encouraging individuals in a consistent and open approach.

When it comes to volunteering in our industry, RHA is dedicated to bettering our diversity, equity, and inclusion. It looks to embrace varied perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. RHA desires to remove barriers that prevent individuals from participating.
