  • SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
    Please read thoroughly before beginning this process:

    • For best results, use desktop or iPad to input info/submit.
    • Add all groups BEFORE submitting form...You can SAVE your progress and come back to it, but only SUBMIT once.
    • Students are limited to participation in 3 groups.
    • Accompanists are limited to playing for 4 groups.
    • 13+ member groups perform 2 pieces.
    • 1-12 member groups perform 1 piece.
    • Warm-up piece (optional):
      • Bands (13+) - limited to 3 minutes
      • Choirs (13+) - scale only
      • Large Ensembles (5-12 members) - scale only
    • Band/Orchestra Registration (13+ students) 

    • Register each Band/Orchestra (13+) from your school. Complete all sections that apply.

    • Large Ensemble Registration (5-12 students) 

    • Register each Large Ensemble (5-12 members) from your school. Complete all sections that apply.

    • Instrumental Quartet Registration 

    • Register each Instrumental Quartet from your school. Complete all sections that apply.

    • Instrumental Trio Registration 

    • Register each Instrumental Trio from your school. Complete all sections that apply.

    • Instrumental Duet Registration 

    • Register each Instrumental Duet from your school. Complete all sections that apply.

    • Instrumental Solo Registration 

    • Register each Instrumental Solo from your school. Complete all sections that apply.

    • Scheduling 
    • Submit ALL Entries with button below.
