How exciting that you are joining your Bestie in class today! We are so excited to have you at NRG. We hope you have an absolute blast!

On the day you arrive, please come to the front office. We will help you get started, find your class room and introduce you to your teacher.

WHAT TO BRING

You should wear comfy clothing like a singlet or t shirt with shorts or leggings. If you have dance shoes, great! If not, it's ok to wear joggers or bare feet.

Don't forget to bring your drink bottle with water! We work up a sweat in class!

Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions of class participation. All efforts are made by NRG Studios to ensure the safety of your children while in our classes and to make waiting areas as safe as possible. We hope you enjoy your experience here at NRG Studios!

By signing this waiver you are indicating that you agree to the following terms and conditions

Class Activities

A. I understand that all of the Cheer and Tumbling teachers at NRG are USASF qualified in particular levels and that NRG are constantly renewing their certificates in cheer, tumbling, tap and ballet to ensure their coaches are up to date with new safe coaching practises.

B. I give permission for my child to safely attempt new skills such as tumbling and stunting (i.e. working as a team to lift other students or to be lifted) while being closely supervised by a qualified coach.

a. I understand that my child must attend the classes that fit their age group in order to maintain their safety.

Safety and Supervision

C. I understand that CHILDREN UNDER 18 MUST STRICTLY BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT WHILE OUTSIDE OF OUR STUDIO. This means:

a. Children may not leave the studio or waiting room alone or with other children

b. Children must wait inside the studio for their parents to pick them up

c. I must take care when entering and leaving the studio car park

D. I understand that siblings must be supervised and seated while in the studio and are under no circumstances to climb stairs or hang off the railings.

Medical/ Emergency

E. I understand that in the unlikely event that my child may incur any physical harm, I will be contacted by NRG Studios’ Reception immediately where I may need to give further verbal permission for any medical attention, treatment, surgery or administration of drugs by qualified licensed medical personnel for my son/daughter, which may become necessary.

F. I further acknowledge and agree that by participating at NRG Studios Illawarra classes there is a possibility of physical illness or injury (minimal or serious) and that my son/daughter is assuming the risk of such injury by participating.

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, have read and understand the terms and conditions and do hereby grant permission for my son/daughter to participate in a trail class at NRG Studios Illawarra.
