By signing this Consultation Agreement, you agree to the following terms for a meeting with Melissa Ferreira-Gaulin, who is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and a Licensee of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (The CICC is the official regulator for Canadian immigration and citizenship consultants).
Scope of Consultation: During the consultation, you may ask any questions regarding immigration and/or Canadian citizenship, except for the limitation below.
Limitation: Melissa Ferreira-Gaulin is licensed to provide advice relating to any province except Quebec and Saskatchewan. Immigration to/for these provinces will not be discussed during the consultation.
Fee: The fee is $200.00 Canadian (plus tax for clients in Canada). Payment is due before or at the beginning of the appointment.
Credit: A credit for the amount paid today will be subtracted from the total fee if we are retained to prepare a full application within the next year. Only one consultation fee will be credited if you have had multiple consultations with us. Application reviews or profiles are not eligible for a credit from this consultation.
Confidentiality: All information received during this consultation is confidential and will not be revealed to any person or organization without your consent, except as required by law.
Disclaimer: Melissa Ferreira-Gaulin cannot be held responsible if she provides correct advice, but someone outside her organization prepares the recommended application incorrectly. In addition, she can only give advice based on the facts that are disclosed to her during the consultation.
Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that Melissa Ferreira-Gaulin will not be representing you in any Canadian immigration or citizenship matter unless a separate Service Agreement is signed.
