NSTTC Summer Camps 2026 – Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of the registered camp week.
A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days up to 24 hours prior to the start of the camp.
No refunds will be issued once the camp has started.
No transfers to another camp week will be permitted unless space and availability allow.
North Shore Table Tennis Club reserves the right to cancel any Summer Camp week due to insufficient registration. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or may be offered the option to transfer to another available camp week.
North Shore Table Tennis Club also reserves the right to move participants to another camp week based on scheduling, registration numbers, or program requirements If agreed by both the club and participants (parents/caretakers).
