Sample Information

Please refer to “Sample Submissions and Quality Control Procedures” for detailed submission requirements. Include all sample quality control measurements. Our core staff will review your data and advise you on the suitability of your samples for all downstream applications.
Please submit all sample quality control metrics and reports for review. Our staff will review your data and advise you on the suitability of your samples for satisfactory Illumina sequencing. Project work will not begin until all required QC documentation has been received by the GCF.
- Please submit all samples in nuclease-free 1.5 mL Eppendorf tubes.
- For DNA samples, please provide ≥1 µg of high quality DNA resuspended in a nuclease-free solution with a concentration of ≥50 ng/µL.
- For RNA samples, please provide ≥1 µg of total RNA resuspended in a nuclease-free solution with a concentration of ≥50 ng/µL.
- For user-prepared libraries, please provide ≥ 20 µL of your 10 nM library resuspended in 10 mM Tris-HCl 0.1% Tween-20, pH 7.0-8.5.
- For tissue samples, please provide ≥25 µg per sample suspended in a nuclease-free solution.
