Each bowler should complete this form if they are interested in participating in the upcoming adult fall bowling league. Below are the most common details that you should be aware of:

• We will bowl one Sunday of each month beginning September.  Fall dates are: 9/7, 10/26, 11/23, 12/21, 1/25, 2/22, 3/29, 4/26, 5/17.
• We will bowl at Bowlero in Wataugs, TX. 
• Four games will be bowled each Sunday
• For the first meeting on 9/7, please arrive at 1:30 so we can begin sharply at 2:00 with the required league meeting, complete paperwork, and answer questions. 
• Bowling practice will begin at 2:30 pm and bowling will begin at 2:40 pm.

• Bowling fees: $30 / bowler to be paid each bowling session. Shoe rental is not included.
• The league will be sanctioned with the USBC. All bowlers are required to be a member of USBC.  The cost is $30 / year.  Please register and get your USBC number at bowl.com.
