  • Proof of Enrolment

  • Upload your current proof of enrolment, or email it to nya@nya.ca.

To be valid, your document must:

    • Be current (dated for this school year, e.g. "As of September, [Your Name] is a full-time student in [Program Name]")
    • Be official from your school (letterhead, logo, or registrar signature)
    • Include your full legal name
    • Show your enrolment status (full-time or part-time) or your course load

A letter of acceptance or an outdated funding form will not meet this requirement.

Not sure where to get this? Most schools let you download a proof of enrolment from your online student portal (look under "Records" or "Verification"). You can also visit or call your school's registrar's office and ask for an enrolment verification letter. It usually takes 1-3 business days.
