High Performance Program Day Schedule:
9am-12pm Tennis Instruction
12pm-1pm Matches (Tactical Implementation)
1-2pm Lunch
2-4pm Integrated Tennis Fitness and Multi-sport Tactical & Coordination Development
Recreational Program Day Schedule:
9am-11am Multi-sport (Basketball, Soccer, Track & Field, Ultimate Frisbee, Flag Football), & Coordination Development (Running, Throwing, Catching, Jumping ect)
12-1pm Lunch
1-4pm Tennis Instuction/ Play
(All half day (12pm-4pm) Recreational Program participants will start with Phyical Warm Up and Integrated Tennis Fitness 12pm-1pm)

Yoga Mat
Skipping Rope
Extra change of clothes including socks
Tennis Shoes/ Non- Marking Shoes
Towel
Sun hat
Sunscreen
The tennis courts are indoor in a climate controlled dome (air-conditioned bubble) but there will be components of the program outdoors.

All summer camp participants will have priority registration for Fall Programming to ensure continuity of training as spots are limited.
All lessons will follow the LTAD created by Tyler Prescott and a written evaluation (report card) will be given at the end of each week to all players for each component (Technical, Tactical, Physical. Mental) as well as personalized tips and recomendations on training and playing guidelines.
