  • Aloha and Welcome to Na Hale O Makena!

For your information, the office, located inside the main gate, is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The resident manager is here to oversee the proper functioning of the common elements (lobbies, elevators, pool, spa, etc.) For any questions regarding your apartment, including its appliances or contents, please contact the owner of the unit.

For security reasons, our house rules require that all guests register in advance and check in at the office at the earliest opportunity during work hours. Please take a moment to do so on arrival.

Also for security reasons, we ask that you keep an eye out for anyone attempting to follow your car in through the entry gate or when you're leaving through the exit gate. You can report any such activity to the office. Of course, please refrain from opening the building door for anyone you don't recognize. Mahalo!

For the enjoyment of all residents please keep in mind that we are a quiet, residential community:

    1. Thank you   for observing our quiet time (10 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily). Be aware that boisterous behavior in the pool, loud music, yelling, loud voices on lanais, cell phone conversations on lanais, etc. does disturb other occupants at any time of day).
    2. Beach towels, swim suits, clothing, etc. are not allowed to be hung on the lanai railing or lanai furniture.
    3. Please return pool furniture and umbrellas to the original position before leaving pool area.
    4. Newspapers in the lobbies belong to the residents that pay their own subscription. Please  do not take them.
    5. No glass or porcelain is allowed in pool or cabana area.  Please use only plastic, metal,  acrylic.
    6. Because we care about our island, we recycle at Na Hale 0' Makena. Your cooperation in separating items, breaking down cardboard and putting all refuse in the appropriate labeled containers in the trash areas is greatly appreciated.

For a complete list of current rules and regulations, check with your hosts or pick up a copy from the office. There should be a directory in your apartment that will answer most of your questions about our facilities.

Enjoy your stay in our beautiful Na Hale 0' Makena community!

    Best Regards,

    Molly Duncan,

    Resident Manager
