We understand that this isn’t a “one size fits all” statement, so we’re eager to learn what you and your organization’s wants and needs are when it comes to your event. We know that the message you’re sharing is top priority and we believe there is significant value added to your event when you aren’t worried about the technology, structure and flow details of your event. When considering the investment you want to make into Nailed Productions as it relates to your event, remember that the more you allow us to help you, the greater the financial investment and the greater the reward. Your event becomes our top priority too, so we invest time in placing the strongest staff and bringing top-of-the-line equipment to support your event. We are strong advocates for the local business community, both for-profit and nonprofit, and have done everything in our power to price our services accordingly. We will apply discounts as we are able and invite you to discuss any concerns or questions you may have with us. The Nailed Productions team feels confident that once you work with us, you will find it very difficult to run your future events without us.
The budget planning section below breaks down the available price points we offer, but also allows you to enter a custom price point, if our offerings aren’t an exact match for you. Here are some examples of each category:
$1000 or less - Small event (<50 guests)
These are usually smaller events or rentals that involve very little of our team and equipment. These events usually last about an hour and are very basic in terms of setup and flow. This would be considered our minimum to engage with your event.
$1500-$3500 - Medium event (75+ guests)
You are interested in having our team support one or two of the core AVL (audio, visual, or lighting) elements for a simple one-off event. Any increase in price will depend on equipment and labor requirements.
$3500-$10,000 - Large event (250+ guests)
If you're looking for full event production to include multiple AV disciplines (audio, video, lighting, staging, etc.), multiple acts/shows, and complex requirements start out at $3,500 and go up from there. Other events in this range may include multiple day events or conferences.
Full AVL services, event management, multiple-day events, highly complex requirements. Any increase in price will depend on equipment and labor requirements.
Don’t be discouraged if you haven't set a budget yet or in some unique cases, have no budget at all. We encourage you to consider a baseline amount that you would be willing to spend so that our team can begin thinking through the available options for you. Our goal is to set realistic financial expectations so that all interested businesses or organizations receive the highest levels of support in terms of both equipment and labor that their budgets will allow, while also ensuring that our time and efforts are validated.
