The Nannup Flower and Garden Festival are looking for market stalls and food trucks for our 2024 Festival. Please complete the below form to express your interest in holding a stall at this year's festival. We are looking for a large variety of market stalls from garden related, nurseries, handmade, artisans and beyond. 

From your enquiry, we will contact you to advise if you have been accepted and provide you with further details. Please note that an expression of interest does not guarantee a stall however we will endeavour to involve as many applicants as possible. 

Friday 9th to Sunday 18th August 2024

I/We agree that Nannup Flower & Garden Festival Committee reserves the right to refuse any applicant and agree to the below terms and conditions.

• Site locations are at the Stalls Coordinator’s discretion and any special location requests should be lodged at the time of application, to ensure they can be discussed prior to applications being accepted and finalised.
• Current Public Liability Insurance is the responsibility of the stallholder
  A copy of your policy or certificate of currency must accompany the application form, or your application will not be accepted.
• Stallholders participate in the Nannup Flower & Garden Festival at their own risk.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations, nor stall fees refunded should inclement weather, or factors beyond the control of the Nannup Flower & Garden Festival Committee affect the event.
• Stallholders are not permitted to share, sublease or assign a site to anotherstallholder or other party unless agreed to by the Stall Coordinator
• Stallholders must adhere to Nannup Flower and Garden Festival environmental standards and ensure that single use plastics are not used including straws, bags and water in plastic bottles.
• Potted plants should be clean and every endeavour should be made to ensure freedom from pests and weeds.
• Stallholders cars must be removed to Stallholder Parking Area by 8.30am each day, no parking in undesignated areas. Vehicles may enter the area after 4pm.
• Stalls will be located in various locations within the Nannup townsite.
• Successful stallholders will be notified and invoiced for fees applicable to them. Once payment of your festival invoice is received, you will be sent confirmation of your exact stall location, along with a stall map. All invoices must be paid prior to setup.
• There is no weather protection and stallholders need to provide their own shelters.
• Preference in location will be given to plant, flower and garden related stalls.
• Stalls will be accepted at the descretion of the Nannup Garden Village Inc. committee and while every attempt will be made to limit competition, no guarantees can be made in regards to this.
