    • Feminine Rewilding with Heidi Harrabi

      Friday, April 10th @ 4 PM
    • Image-213
    • About the Workshop:

      A 90-minute workshop

In this immersive experience, we explore Feminine ReWilding as a return to instinct, intuition, and unfiltered expression. ReWilding is the process of softening the layers of conditioning that have taught the feminine body to stay quiet, contained, or pleasing—and restoring the body’s natural rhythms, truth, and aliveness.

Through movement, breath, raw primal sound & guided song, we awaken the living connection between the womb and the throat—the creative center and the voice. As the body reclaims safety and permission, sound is invited to rise organically from the womb, allowing expression to emerge without forcing, performing, or fixing.

This workshop offers a space to:

Reconnect with the wild, instinctual feminine body

Restore trust in intuition and sensation

Release stored emotion and inherited patterns of self-silencing

Experience the voice as an extension of embodied truth

Express creatively and freely through womb-led sound and song

No singing experience is needed. This is not about making “beautiful” sound, but about allowing what is true to be expressed.

Come as you are. Leave more rooted, more expressed, and more at home in your body.

    • About the Workshop:

Description: In the midst of a rich, sensory weekend, this experiential workshop invites couples to slow down and tend the living flame of their relationship. Drawing from long-standing wisdom about what helps couples thrive, along with grounded, human practices, we’ll explore ways partnerships can feel more resilient, warm, and connected over time. Through gentle reflection, guided conversation, and shared moments of presence, you and your partner will reconnect with what brought you together and what helps you feel like a team. Expect a welcoming, low-pressure space that leaves you with simple ways to keep nourishing your bond long after the festival ends. Open to couples—new or seasoned—who are curious about deepening their “us.”

    • Menarche Reclamation Ceremony with Tatiana Berindei

      Saturday, April 11th @ 10 AM
    • Image-209
    • About the Workshop:

In this session we will revisit our personal origin story with menstruation. Through guided ritual, storytelling and journaling we will find healing and reclamation for our inner maiden, offering her the acknowledgement and attention she might not have received at that pivotal time.

No matter what age or stage of womanhood you are at, this ceremony provides an opportunity for you to reprogram the negative beliefs around womanhood and menstruation that you absorbed around the time of your first menses. Let yourself be held and celebrated the way all maidens deserve to be. Reclaim the power and beauty of this sacred rite of passage.

      **Women Only**

    • Menarche in traditional cultures is known as a sacred time - an initiation into maidenhood and the doorway to becoming a woman. This is meant to be a time of reverence, of honoring, of facing our fears to learn that we are so much bigger than they are, and a time of growing into our capacity to show up to life in our full power.

But for too many of us, this time was unacknowledged, shamed - and sometimes even deeply traumatic. 😔

Ceremony and ritual have been used as tools as long as humans have been cultural beings. In a Menarche Reclamation Ritual, we travel back to reclaim that which was rightfully ours from that time of our first bleed - the honoring and acknowledgement that we had crossed a powerful threshold.

What might your path have been like if, in your maidenhood, you were given the rightful honoring you deserved? What kind of impact might that have had on the rest of your life?

Here's the thing: Your inner maiden is still in there, waiting for that recognition.

Now is your chance to give it to her! 🌺

    • Waters of Release: Life, Death & Rebirth and Death and Chocolate with Kaitlyn Cronin

      Saturday, April 11th @ 2 PM
    • Image-347
    • About the Workshop:

Waters of Release: Life, Death & Rebirth is a three-hour facilitated ritual space designed to support emotional release, honest reflection, and embodied connection, held within the warmth and rhythm of the sauna festival.

We begin by tending the waters: sweat, tears, breath, and sensation. Through guided somatic practice, gentle movement, and reflection, participants are invited to listen to their bodies, notice what has been held, and allow grief and joy to move, both individually and together. Inspired by Joanna Macy’s The Work That Reconnects, this workshop honors grief as a vital, animating forc that expands our capacity for love, presence, and pleasure.

Midway, the space opens into Death & Chocolate: an intimate ritual exploring mortality, loss, and impermanence. Participants share handcrafted, herbal-infused truffles in rotating pairs, using thoughtfully curated prompts to explore personal edges around death, change, and letting go. Chocolate becomes a sensory ally ~ opening the heart, grounding the body, and inviting pleasure and sweetness to coexist with grief. Pleasure and sweetness are intentionally woven in, allowing difficult truths to be met with softness and presence.

Throughout the gathering, participants are offered opportunities to be witnessed—through paired exchanges, simple ritual, and collective moments of honoring grief and joy. We close by integrating what has moved, softened, or surfaced, returning to the body with clarity and renewed aliveness.

This is a heart-opening offering: equal parts ritual, play, and depth, designed to bring us closer to what is real, relational, and alive in this moment.

      Come curious.
Leave softened, energized, and more fully here.

    • Yoni Self Portrait: A Ceremonial Art Practice of Remembrance with Sabura Fleiner

      Saturday, April 11th @ 4:30 PM
    • Image-319
    • About the Workshop:

Yoni Self-Portraits is a two and half hour ceremonial art practice inviting women into a space of presence, embodiment, and creative remembrance. Guided with care and held in circle, this experience weaves together movement, breath, self-witnessing, and painting as a way to reconnect with the wisdom and beauty of the yoni space.

We begin by grounding together through gratitude, intention-setting, and gentle collective movement to awaken the body and soften emotional layers. Each participant is then invited to choose one color that represents her essence in this moment and create a lighter and darker value from it, forming a simple, symbolic palette.

In individual “nests,” with the option of mirror gazing, participants are guided to bring awareness to the breath and gently witness the yoni space. Using only their three tones, each woman creates a yoni self-portrait that blends anatomical awareness with energetic and emotional expression. Throughout the process, there are intentional pauses to document sensations, reflections, or insights as they arise.

The ceremony closes with a moment of integration, optional display of artwork for quiet admiration, and a return to circle for voluntary sharing and gratitude. No art experience is required. All practices are offered with consent and optionality.

This is not a therapeutic session or an art class focused on technique. It is a ritual of remembering — an invitation to slow down, witness, and honor the power and potential held within.

Side note: A heart centered infusion will be provided.
