Join us on Sunday, July 19, for the Todd McNamee Past President's Golf Tournament at JW Marriott Desert Springs, held in conjunction with SWAAAE's 80th Annual Summer Conference, hosted by the SWAAAE Foundation (501c3).
The fee to participate is $250 per player and includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, breakfast, lunch, and two drink tickets. Check-in time is 6:30 AM.

All proceeds support the SWAAAE Foundation Scholarship Program, including funds raised through golf registrations and sponsorships. Established in 2023, the SWAAAE Foundation provides financial assistance to students attending accredited colleges and universities across the United States who are pursuing degrees in aviation science, aeronautics, airport management, and related fields.
The tournament is open to all participants—golfers of every skill level are welcome. Sponsorship opportunities are also available, offering meaningful company recognition throughout the event.

Payments over $250 made to the SWAAAE Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A receipt will be provided for all golf tournament registration and sponsorship contributions.
Attendee Cancellation Policy: Participants are eligible for a full refund if the registration is canceled more than 21 days in advance of the start date of the event. Cancellations made 21 days or less than the start date of the event are eligible for a refund less 30% of all fees paid, not to exceed $150 administrative processing fee. Cancellation notification should be sent to natalee@swaaae.org. Refunds will be processed no more than 30 days following a request.
