  • The Seneca-Iroquois National Museum/Onöhsagwë:de' Cultural Center is pleased to announce the return of Food Truck Fridays.

Every Friday during the months of July, August and September, we will be hosting food trucks, outreach tables and craft vendors for all to enjoy. This event will be free and open to the public.

We are putting a call out to all food trucks, small farms, Seneca Nation Departments and small craft vendors to apply for set-up.

Food Truck Fridays will run from 11am to 5pm. Set-up time will be from 9am to 10:30am for all vendors.

Please fill out this form by June 18th, 2026 @ 11:59pm. Any late applications will be subject to approval/denial by the SNOCC Staff's discretion. Please apply before the deadline to allow ample time for SNOCC staff to create efficient programming. We will be sending acceptance emails on June 22nd, 2026.

SNOCC staff will contact all vendors prior to set-up to ensure all details are taken care of. Please check your emails for any related materials (i.e. flyers, set-up maps, questions, etc.).

If you have questions or comments, please submit them to info@senecamuseum.org

  • SNOCC Rules & Guidelines for Food Truck Friday:

    1. All vendors will be responsible for their own set-up. You will be required to bring your own chairs, tables, tents, extension cords and all materials required for your set-up. SNOCC will not be able to accommodate such requests. SNOCC is also not respsonsible for any damages or issues incurred during set-up.
    2. All vendors will show up promptly for set-up. If a vendor is running late, they will notify the SNOCC event organizer of their tardiness. If the vendor is running later than the original time negotiated, that vendor will be denied the ability to set-up for that day. If such instances occur more than once, the vendor will not be allowed to set-up for the rest of the 2026 season.
    3. If a vendor has to cancel their set-up for any reason at all, they must give 48 hour notice to SNOCC staff. If it is an emergency situation, we will give grace to such vendor.
    4. In order to maintain safety for patrons, vendors will only be allotted an hour and a half window for set-up. If a vendor arrives after the set-up window, they will be denied access. This is to ensure there are no cars driving in the areas our patrons are walking around in.
    5. Food vendors will submit their final menus 72 hours BEFORE set-up. This is to ensure we advertise your menus in a prompt and timely manner.
    6. Food vendors will be required to bring their own extension cords and generators. The SNOCC property has limited access to outlets in the front and back lots. Due to the inability to accommodate, we are requiring Food Trucks to have their own power sources. Food Vendors without access to functioning food trucks will be given priority for the outlets we have available in each lot.
    7. Any cooking oils or materials that stain cannot be dumped on SNOCC property. In an effort to conserve the natural environment around the facility, we are asking food vendors to keep all waste materials stored within their trucks/vicinities and are asked to dispose of them properly off-property.
    8. Food vendors will be subject to a food inspection from the Seneca Nation Environmental Health Department. A business license is not required for food to be sold but is highly encouraged [See: SN Business Code 2-207 Business License Exemption (6)]. A food safety inspection certificate will be required to sell food on-territory. For questions on food inspections, please contact Rosalind Ground (Seneca Nation Environmental Health) at rground@senecahealth.org. ServSafe and Food Handling Certifications are highly encouraged. For questions on business licensing, please call Hailey Brooks at 716-532-4900 ext. 5033.
    9. After applying, if the items being sold do not match the description written on the application, SNOCC staff have the right to refuse set-up for future dates. At SNOCC, we want to give everyone a fair opportunity to sell their work/goods/services. In doing so, we ensure that craft vendors are not placed directly next to another vendor with the same product scope. This removes the competitive nature of making sales and ensures equal opportunity for all. If changes need to be made after the application is submitted, please send those corrections to e.parker@sni.org.
    10. If weather shall incur a cancellation, all vendors will be notified immediately. This will be at the discretion of the Director of SNOCC. If a vendor is uncomfortable with setting up due to a report of possible extreme weather events, they can cancel at any time with no reprecussions. Our main goal is the safety and wellbeing of our staff, vendors and potential patrons.
    11. Food trucks may be responsible for their own water supply. SNOCC can accommodate very minimal access to water. Food vendors without trucks will be prioritized in placement. Each vendor must supply their own food grade hoses (NSF). A 150ft hose should be long enough to accommodate. If you need water, please indicate below so we can do our best to place you near water spigots.

Vendors agree that SNOCC has the right to establish and enforce all rules and regulations, as it deems proper for the benefit of Food Truck Fridays and the safety and security of all participants, patrons, SNOCC staff and property.
