A day for female carers

Sunday, 12th October, 10:00am-3:00pm at the Niche, Nedlands

Join in a day that's all about you - gentle yoga, coffee & cake, a paint & sip to let your creative side shine, even a massage if you'd like one. Allow us to host you for the day and create a relaxing, peaceful environment for you to take some time out of your busy lives to enjoy. All activities on offer throughout the day are completely optional, so choose what you want to be a part of, or enjoy some quiet time alone in a private comfortable space to read a book.
