    Please read the Guidelines to Applying for a Grant document before filling this form in - it has some pretty important info about the application process, what we will and won’t fund and other stuff to help you get your application right.

    Once you have submitted your application we will contact you to discuss any items we need clarification on. If your application is approved by our Empower Fund Grants Committee you will be notified in writing.

  • This is the correct grant for you! Please fill in all questions below and submit for the grant coordinator to review and present to the committee. 

    Please make sure you upload relevant quotes and documentation or you will not be able to submit your application. You can save your progress at the bottom of the form and continue later.

    The grant coordinator will be in touch to seek proof of income once the appliation has been received. 

  • Items and experiences of an enriching or empowering nature are not eligble for Hardship Grants; please follow the link below to fill in an Empower Fund grant application.
