Rarely Reflective - I seldom find time for quiet moments or meditation.Occasional Observer - I do it when I can, but it's not a daily routine.Daily Devotee - I make it a daily practice.

Barely Buzzing: I'm often frazzled and rushed.Getting There: It's okay, but there's room for improvement.Zen Master: My morning routine sets the perfect tone for the day.

Snooze Button Champion: Workdays make me want to hibernate.Workday Wanderer: It's hit or miss—I have both good and meh mornings.Workplace Warrior: I can't wait to get to work and make a difference!

Desperate for Downtime: I can't wait to end the day and rest.Somewhat Eager: Some days it's a relief, some days I'm indifferentStill Energized: Who needs sleep? I could keep going!

Never Enough: It feels like I'm always trailing behind.Holding My Own: I'm doing well but still have room for growth.Outpacing the Pack: I'm leading the way in what I do.

Defeated: Challenges often bring me down and keep me there.Resilient: I can get through challenges but it takes some effort.Unstoppable: Obstacles are just stepping stones and learning moments on my path to success.

Rarely: My goals often get neglected when only I know about them.Sometimes: I hit my personal marks occasionally, but there's room for improvement.Consistently: When it's a goal for me, I make sure it gets done.

Not Really: It's pretty much a one-size-fits-all approach.Somewhat: We add a personal touch here and there.Absolutely: We go the extra mile to make the first visit a unique experience.

Vague Vibes: I usually just give them the basics.Semi-Clear: I cover the essentials but could provide more detail.Crystal Clear: I walk them through every step, making sure they understand.

Freestyle: I haven't really made a clear choice; it varies.In Transition: I'm currently re-evaluating and figuring it out.Well-Planned: I've consciously chosen and am committed to one approach

Rough Waters: It could be smoother, and patients often feel left hanging.Work in Progress: I've made some effort to smooth it out, but there's room for improvement.Smooth Sailing: The process is streamlined, and patients know what to expect.

Off the Radar: I don't really have a system in place for asking or thanking for referrals.Getting There: I do ask and thank occasionally but haven't formalized it.On Point: I have a systematic approach to both asking for and thanking for referrals.

No Plans Yet—Whether I have staff or not, this hasn't been a focus.It's on My Radar—If I had/have staff, I'd start implementing it.Absolutely—It's a regular practice to engage and celebrate my team.

In the Dark: My clients often seem confused about the process and the journey ahead.Room for Improvement: Some clients have a general idea, but it's not consistently clear to everyone.Crystal Clear: I provide a clear roadmap and my clients feel well-informed about their journey with me.

What's a Planning Meeting?: We don't really set aside time for yearly planning or quarterly check-ins.Occasionally: We do some form of planning, but it's not as structured or consistent as it could be.Like Clockwork: We have yearly planning sessions and quarterly check-ins to make sure we're hitting our targets.

Off-Brand: Our online presence doesn't capture who we are as a business and I often cringe when people ask to find me online.Close, but No Cigar: Our marketing gives an idea but lacks full alignment with our true business identity.Spot-On Branding: Our website and social media perfectly encapsulate the core of our business and I couldn't be prouder.

Sporadic Celebrations: We acknowledge milestones, but there's no formal system in place.Somewhat Structured: We have some processes for celebrating wins, though it could be more organized.Fully Celebratory System: We have a systematic way to recognize and celebrate each milestone in every clients journey.

Rarely: I don't often review KPIs, if at all.Sometimes: I occasionally check KPIs but not regularly.Always on it: I consistently track and review KPIs to inform decision-making.

Reactive: I usually don't consult past data and get surprised by slow periods.On the Fence: I've noted trends but haven't acted on them yet.Proactive Dynamo: I analyze past data and use it to plan ahead, like ramping up marketing before a slow month.

Off-Track: Currently falling short of financial targets.On the Horizon: Meeting some financial targets, but there's room for improvement.Bullseye: Consistently hitting or exceeding financial goals.

Clear Connection: When I'm burnt out, the numbers definitely suffer.Inconclusive: It's hard to say if burnout directly affects my financials.No Impact: Burnout doesn't seem to have an influence on our performance metrics.

Nope: Flying by the seat of my pants.Kinda: Have some goals, but they're in my head.Absolutely: Goals are set, written down, and I'm tracking them.

Not Really—Past numbers are like old photos, tucked away and rarely seen.Sometimes—When I remember, I take a peek to see how things are evolving.Absolutely—Old numbers are my yardstick for growth, I check them regularly.

Off-Balance: I'm mostly stuck in day-to-day tasks.Somewhat Balanced: I manage, but could use more planning time.Perfectly Balanced: I've got a great mix of operational and strategic work.

Not Yet: Haven't dabbled in data for satisfaction metrics.Occasionally: I look at the numbers but not consistently.Absolutely: Data drives our customer satisfaction efforts.

Oh, the Horror!: Numbers? I'd rather walk on Legos.Sometimes: I see the value but it's not my favorite task.Absolutely: I love diving into the data!

What Goals?: I set them and forget them..Sometimes: When I remember or stumble upon my old notes.Like Clockwork: I'm always revisiting and fine-tuning my goals
