  • 2026 PASSPORT INTERVENTION EXERCISE (UK)

    An appointment is valid only for the individual whose name appears on this intervention appointment. Families are advised to register every family member, including minors.

  • INTERVENTION GUIDELINES

    To avoid Invalidating your appointment, Please Note:

    1. Input your Correct Application ID and Reference Number as required
      Do not attempt to choose two(2) Intervention Locations or Book two(2) Separate dates
    2. Also note that you are advised to bring along the following requirements (please click on the link to check other requirements applicable to you)
    3.  Passport Application Form and Appointment Slip
    4. Old Passport Booklet (mandatory for all reissuance/ renewals or change of data).
    5. £70 Postal order payable to the Nigeria High Commission or click the link for E-payment
    6. £150 Postal order for Lost/Misplaced or Damage passport payable to the Nigeria High Commission is required or click the link for E-payment
    7. A Prepaid Royal Mail C4 special delivery self-addressed envelope (for return of the processed passport)
